I HAVE CONFIRMED THIS STILL WORKS IN THE LATEST VERSION OF MINECRAFT (1.20.1, Bedrock edition, and PE at the time of posting)

There is a piston at the very end of the video as a representation of power leaving the system. The actual system I built doesn't require a piston to work. :)

This was done in version 1.8.7
