PowerPoint Tutorial: Recording and Exporting Videos

PLEASE NOTE: At the time of this recording while PowerPoint for Mac 2016 does allow exporting to a video format, the audio will not export with it. This is something that has been brought to Microsofts attention and they have responded to me to say that it will be something they will address in an upcoming update. I have tested recording audio via a mac and then exporting the video via windows and this does work. I will update when Microsoft address this.

In this video I demonstrate how to record audio to a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, play this as a presentation within the PowerPoint program, and then finally how to export the entire presentation as a video.

This video was recorded using Microsoft Office for Mac 2016, but the process is very similar for Microsoft Office for Mac 2011, and for windows users of Microsoft Office 2016 and Microsoft Office 2013.
