Tutorial:

Step 1: Search For cmd in Start menu

Step 2: Right Click And Run As Administrator

Step 3: Type in "net stop uxsms"

Step 4: Open Regedit And Locate to The Following:
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft \Windows\DWM

Step 5: Double Click On Composition Type 1

Step 5 : Double Click On CompositionPolicy then set that to 2

Step 6: Back In Cmd type "net start uxsms"

To Use It When A Window is Up (Win + Tab)
