Description from the creator

Welcome to my first wire wrapped jewelry video tutorial! I hope you enjoy it!
These lovely flowing earrings are inspired by the rain drops running down my windows! I decided to use light rainbow AB (Aurora Borealis) Crystals, to add a prismatic effect. The tear drop at the bottom gives movement!
This is a good beginners project, but would be just as much fun for the advanced!
I used sterling silver to make these, but you can use any wire you have! These would be very lovely in bright gold brass!

Tools you will need:
Wire Flush cutter – for cutting
Round nosed pliers – for making loops and curls
Chain nosed pliers – these are like small needle nosed pliers, they help grab and hold, and push and pinch.
Bail making pliers – these come in different sizes. Mine shown are 6mm and 4mm barrels.
A ruler – for measuring wire or anything you need to measure!
Diamond File – great for filing metal! I use it to smooth wire ends!
Buffing Blocks or Sponge files - These are great for buffing out scratches on metal. You can find them at most hardware stores, OR you can use nail buffing blocks from beauty supply stores.
Steel Bench block – hard, smooth surface for hammering and forging.
Hammer – Chasing or Ball Peen. The hammer side must be as smooth as possible, or you will ding up your wire.
Don't forget your hands!

Materials you will need:
20 gauge wire, you will need 2 pieces, each 3.5 inches long. (7 inches total)
28 gauge wire for wrapping. 7 to 8 inches total.
2 headpins, of 26 gauge wire. They will need to be about 2 inches long.
2 tear drop crystals, 5X3mm in size. Here mine were closer to “rice” shaped
2 rhondelle crystals, 8x6mm in size.
Earwires of your choice!
