How to achieve unity and connection

Herd Ritual: Sharing Space
The first ritual teaches you how to establish a deep connection and friendship with the horse. It builds togetherness, trust, courtesy, loyalty and relaxation.

By "sharing space" in partnership while reading a book or meditating, you build a deep relationship, loyalty and affection through the partnership you experience with the horse in the moment of harmony and unity.
