I am a beginner aquarist, just got my first 10 gallon fish tank. I have a black Molly and a silver Molly so two mollies. I bought the API master test kit to test the water parameters and I had an Ammonia spike! 8ppm My fish shouldn't be alive but they are happy and thriving, find out what I am doing to lower the ammonia and make it safe.
