- Hey guys, I made this new video to help debunk some of the misconceptions there are out there concerned with keeping Bettas in plant vases. If you're going to do so please be aware of all the basics of aquarium keeping first, it's not as easy as throwing a fish in a bowl with some plants. There are many variables to take into consideration. This kind of setup is not acceptable for beginners. Please take proper care of your fish.
-Small side not I forgot to mention: If you live in a cold environment please use a heater in your beta tanks, they are tropical fish who prefer warmer temperatures around 78-80 degrees Fahrenheit (25.5-26.5 degrees Celsius).
