Description from the creator

Quiet hands are important so you don't interfere with the horse's mouth. Keep your shoulders relaxed and open your elbows in the rising phase of the posting trot and close your elbows in the sitting phase.
Another helpful tip to keeping your hands quiet is to rest your pinkie finger on your horse's mane to help stabilize your hands.
Buy my favorite pair of riding gloves here: amzn.to/2yW36v5
They won't help you keep your hands quiet while riding but you will look great wearing them! ;)
