HOW TO - Koi Pond Build - For less than £1K!

Whatta Bout Ye? Thanks for tuning into my video. In this video I give you a brief run down of how I built my Koi pond with breeze block concrete collar and box welded liner.

Initially we lifted the decking and dug out a trench. Once we got down to our desired depth we laid a concrete collar, this would be the foundations for our block. Then it was time to dig out the centre of the pond and this would take us down the the actual depth of the pond. A small trench was then dug so we could fit the 4 inch bottom drain and pipework. Once in place this was also concreted in and we laid the block work, they where laid flat we weren't fibreglassing the pond. Once the desired height for the block was achieved we lay the underlay and used a boxweld liner. Plumbed in some filtration that I already had and filled her up!

Old school pond build but without the filters it was less than £1000.......
