How to make the best litter box using a storage bin

This covered storage bin DIY is the perfect solution to making a custom litter box for your cat. It's wide tall enough for them to stand and turn around, and prevents them from kicking litter out of the box. Dr. Foote shows how to use a hair dryer to warm the plastic before cutting the hole with a box cutter. From there you need only put about 1 inch of cat litter in the bottom.

Remember to scoop it out everyday. You don't want to use a used toilet, and neither does your cat!
