Description from the creator

Experiences with growing these seeds can be different for people depending on how they do it and what they use. In the video, the first growing I tried didn't work for me and maybe that was because I was missing something. Somehow the seeds should still grow unimmersed since it has for other people. But apparently, what is not recommended (which is submerging the seeds in water) is what worked for me.

I know it can be hard and take a while to take out all the fish and water, but if you want a really nice carpet, planting the seeds in an empty tank and then waiting for them to root into the substrate, before adding water again, is the best way. As I mentioned in the video, I did empty my tank at one point and tried planting that way. But I filled the tank back up right away after planting the seeds because I had no other tank big enough to hold my fish while waiting for the seed roots to grow. However, the seeds did still grow in the filled tank. Although their roots were very loose and therefore slowly became uprooted by water currents, bottom dweller fish and water changes.
