Food can be a very sensitive subject. This series is meant to help educate everyone on how to look at a food label and interpret what it actually means so they can make an informed decision on what to feed. This first part of our pet food series goes over what information must be listed on the bag, what it means, and how to begin to interpret this information so it is useful. All the information and clip art comes from the text book Small Animal Clinical Nutrition, 4th edition by Hand, Thatcher, Remillard, and Roudebush. Hope everyone comes back for part 2.
