Hey everyone! I have a fun one for you today, teach your dog to play bow! You may have seen your dog or a dog you know do this while they play with other dogs. It's a sign of fun and games in the dog world and therefore can be put on cue and taught as a trick!

Trick training can be so valuable beyond just teaching your dog cute and fun behaviors. It can actually strengthen the bond you have with your dog and lets your dog know that training with you isn't always hard work but can be a lot of fun. A dog who wants to work with you will naturally be a better-behaved dog, and you will likely see them start to listen more in other aspects of your life.

I will tell you a secret...focusing on your relationship with your dog is one of the keys to dog training. It is hard to train a cute trick and get frustrated or angry about it! So give it a try, even if it looks silly to you because I promise you will get something deeper out of it.
