Description from the creator

A Bryce 7.1 Pro tutorial aimed at people who are moderately well versed in Bryce and wish to expand their skills. The first ten minutes looks at making the model exclusively in Bryce the second half looks at incorporating a Wings3D model.

Some additional text is included in the video, you may have to pause the video to read it.

Better viewed in HD - some of the controls in Bryce are quite fiddly and small.

This is where to find Vi Hart on youtube youtube.com/user/Vihart?feature=g-high-u and the video that inspired the making of this video.

Of course I've since discovered that it is possible to make the Sierpinski triangle in 3D out of even more triangles - but as I said in the video, I'm not a mathematician! So these revelations take some pondering before they occur to me - and besides I suspect that the Menger sponge is the easier of the two shapes to make. And yes, probably this would be easier in Mandlebulb 3d... which is indeed a very cool bit of software. But we don't just do things beacuse they are easy do we? Well... easy(ish). And no, I've not figured out how to do with with procedural materials... yet...
