In today's video, we will show you how to add music to a PowerPoint presentation 2019.
Open the PowerPoint presentation. Go to the Insert tab. Look for ‘Media’ block. Click on ‘Audio’ and choose ‘Audio on my PC’. Select the file and click ‘Insert’. Move the audio icon if needed. You can click on play and listen to it. You can also regulate the volume.
Look for ‘Audio Options’ block at the top. Check ‘Play across slides’. This way your audio will play on all slides. Set Start to ‘Automatically’. You can click on ‘Play’ at the top left corner to check how it works.
You can also go to the ‘Slide Show’ tab. Click on ‘From Beginning’ to play the presentation.
