My gas pedal didn't do anything for almost an inch when I pressed it down with my foot. When it did engage, it did so suddenly which made driving a manual quite tricky. This video gives an overview of my problem, how I adjusted the throttle cable, and the concept behind where I set it for the best responsiveness. It's not a perfect video and I'm sorry I didn't show me taking the bolts loose, but I hope I explained it well enough that you get the idea =)
