Seat Height Adjustment –

The rule of thumb for your correct seat height is that you adjust the height of the seat that allows your knees to be almost level to slightly lower than your hips when seated with your feet flat on the floor.

When choosing a chair make sure that the seat adjusts to this position within chairs height range. By doing so, allows you to use a variety of shoe heights and still accommodates your ideal seat height.

Numerous ergonomic chairs offer a choice of cylinders, each offering a varied adjustment range. Just keep in mind that you should also make sure the seat depth is adjusted properly to support your spine properly while maximizing your comfort.
