How can you allow a file to start automatically when Windows starts

Problem: I would like a program can start automatically when you start Windows 10. For example, I want my NAS network drives with a file netz_boot.bat automatically can be linked to the computer.
Previously there was always in the Start menu in Windows XP and 7 under Start- Programs- Startup a Startup folder.
All programs and links that are purely put in this folder are started automatically when you start Windows.
But where the folder is now?
