How to block someone on Facebook messenger

Today in this video we will see how to block someone on Facebook messenger.

Now if you want to block a contact in messenger then what you do is go ahead and open messenger. Now select a contact which you want to block. After that you can see on the upper right corner there is information icon "i". Just tap on it and then select block. Now you can see there is a message that you will be continuously receiving the message from the contact but it will be archived, archived and you won't be notified. So, what you do is select "Block". Now the contact, it will be hidden from this list here and you won't be notified about the messages. In case if you want to unblock the contact then what you will do is tap on this search box here and look for the contact and then again tap on this "i" icon here. Select "Unblock" and then "unblock". so, now you have successfully unblocked the contact.
