Mousetrap car made for 12th grade science class project. Same design as my brother's mousetrap car he made for his 9th grade science class project this year. Documented each step in building mousetrap car if anyone wants an easy to build but yet fast and efficient car. Simple and easy, designed for speed/acceleration but still goes a decent distance. Raced my car with my brother's car and his ran faster and went a little longer distance than mine. Improvements to my car would be to tweak the alignment so it would track better in a straight line and apply dry graphite lubricant to the wheel axle friction points to roll better.
