Description from the creator

This video show how to build PHP7.1 on a linux-based x86_64 system and how to install and configure apache to process php script files.

=====================================================
During the process of `configure` there are some missing libraries that you need to install manually to make the building run properly.

In my case (and I guess most of the cases) I had to install the following libraries :

➜ apxs : dnf install httpd-devel.x86_64
➜ gmp : dnf install gmp-devel.x86_64
➜ xml2-config : dnf install libxml2-devel.x86_64
➜ bzip2 : dnf install bzip2-devel.x86_64
➜ icu : dnf install libicu-devel.x86_64
➜ g++ : dnf install gcc-c++
➜ libpq-fe.h : dnf install postgresql-devel.x86_64
➜ aspell : dnf install aspell-devel.x86_64
