Armitron Sports watch time setting: Model 45/7004
Steps:
1. Press and Hold "Reset".
2. When Second is blinking press ST/STP to set second as 00
3. Press "Mode". When hour is blinking keep pressing ST/STP until your desired hour reached then press "reset" if you all done .
4. If you need to change Minute don't press Reset, press mode again.When Minute is blinking press ST/STP until you get your desired minute
5. Finish setting with pressing "Reset"
