Description from the creator

This video explains how to change the brushes in a Lawnbott (US name)/Ambrogio (European name) Robotic Lawn Mower's wheel motors.

Purchase brushes and other Lawnbott parts at paradiserobotics.com

Brushes need to be changed periodically. Otherwise the robot will eventually display the E01 Left/Right Motor error. Do not wait until you see this error. Change the brushes about once per year per acre of mowing (i.e. you can do it less often if your lawn is smaller). One acre = 43,000 sq feet. Please convert this to metric if you are outside the US.

Here are the time tags for the steps and information:

Note, we are not the authority on Lawnbott/Ambrogio robot parts. Contact your dealer if you are unsure what part to purchase for your motor. The brushed motors have been the same in the US from 2009-2013. There is no guarantee they are the same in Europe, however, we speculate that they are.

This video does not help for Brushless models of Lawnbott/Ambrogio. Also, please note that the E01 Left/Right Motor Error or E02 Left/Right Motor Error will also appear for other motor problems such as: gears jammed or stripped, bearings worn out, etc. Changing the brushes will not solve these other problems.
