Windows 10 desktop icons are enlarged and shrunken using the same procedures as in Windows 8.1 desktop icons and Windows 7 desktop icons. NOTE: When adjusting or changing the desktop icons sizes you may have to move them and/or reorganize them on your desktop again. Windows has a slight hiccup in my opinion and does not put your icons back sometimes where they originally were located on your desktop.
