How to collect DNA from cheek cells using swab - Xcode Life

1. One hour before collecting your saliva sample do not eat,smoke or drink anything other than water
2. Remove swab from the sterilized container without touching the cotton end
3. Place the cotton end of the swab on the inner part of your cheek, Scrape inside of your cheek and rotate the swab up and down 30 times
4. Do not touch the swab with your tongue or other part of your mouth while removing it
5. Place the cotton tip into the buffer solution and bend the swap
6. Tightly close the buffer solution,ensuring no leakage & place it in the envelope provided.
