Display data from your projects using only 2 data lines with I2C on your LCD Display!
Just add an I2C Adapter Module to your LCD screen or buy an I2C ready display.
The common sizes are 16 lines 2 characters (1602) and 20 characters on 4 lines (2004).
Either of these will work with the most common adaptors using the PCF8574 chip.

In this video I show how to connect the adapters and displays, and how to set up and get them wotking with Arduino, including a run through of the most useful display commands.

Code at the start to paste into your sketch:
LiquidCrystal_I2C lcd(0x27, 2, 1, 0, 4, 5, 6, 7, 3, POSITIVE);
...change the name you want to use (just before the bracket) or the address of your adapter (first item in the bracket) if you need to.
