In this video we will be using the WPForms plugin which can be found here:

wpforms.com/pricing/

You will want to have the pro or ultimate license for this.

With the plugin installed and activated and your license key active you will want to set up a new form under WPForms, Add New.

Name the form whatever you like for your organization purposes and we will create a new donation form.

For adding multiple options you would find that under the payents fields which allows you to have preset options for payment amounts as well as an enter amount option.

For an enter amount option you will want to uncheck the required from it and click on conditionals for the display settings.

Next check the enable conditional logic and show the field if "Donation Amount" is "Enter amount" and save your settings.

In the payment area ensure you connected the payment settings as well as ensuring in the settings your notifications are sent to the correct location.
