This is how to create a simple RPG or other text-based game in notepad using batch programming language. This is the code for the choices
(copy and paste it):

SET /P Choice=Choose Fight, or Run and press Enter
IF NOT '%Choice%'== SET Choice=%Choice:~0, 1%
IF /I '%Choice%'=='Y' GOTO :Fight
IF /I '%Choice%'=='N' GOTO :Run
