1. On the start menu, type manage wireless networks

2. Click Add to create a new network

3. Create an ad hoc network

Click Next

5. Fill in the name field, security type and password, check save this network and click Next

6. Adhoc mode network in windows 7 has been successfully created.

Test the network with connect using another computer to adhoc network :)
