This video is intended to demonstrate step by step for a computer novice to create a copy to a hard drive of a cd or dvd, called an ISO, and how to insert, or mount, that image into a virtual cdrom drive, so that the computer thinks it has an extra drive installed with a physical disk inserted. This is a great way to safely keep a copy of important disks. Both tools used are completely free, extremely easy to use, and very lightweight (small files). I prefer them over many of the bulky, resource consuming, commercial products available.
