When using Microsoft Teams to collaborate while working remotely, youre probably going to have a large number of chats with people all across your organisation.

There will usually be some people that you'll need to contact more often than others which is when this next tip can come in handy. To favourite a contact, for easy access messaging and calls find them in your recent chats list, hover over them and click the three little dots . Then select the add to favourites option and there they are! You can view your favourite contacts by clicking the contacts button next to your recent chats
