How to email with Adobe acrobat reader

In this article I teach you how to configure is the Attach to Email thus send by email button Acrobat/Reader has to send PDF's directly from Adobe Systems Adobe reader.
The above option is available above at the File menu to forward the PDF to another user by email,Which basically is how you share files in adobe reader.
As I quote adobe:You can share many file types, not just PDF files. To open the Share task pane, do one of the following: Choose File Attach to Email.
In the Share task pane, choose Attach To Email. If a document is open, Acrobat adds it by default. Click Attach. Enter the email addresses, subject, and message. Click Send.

As seen in my video you do not need an email application such as outlook you basically need to configure with which app you setup the server connection for email-based sharing.
