How to Enable System Restore and Create Restore Point In Windows 10 From System Protection

System Restore is one of the most important tools that Microsoft designed to save and restore information about computer system files and settings, and we talked about it a lot in previous videos. It is considered a feature present in all Windows operating systems and is not compatible with modern Windows 10 operating systems, and I cannot do without it because it is one of the tools that can save you a lot of time when your computer crashes and you want to return it as well as all the programs and updates before If any problem occurs to him.
So I prepared this video in order to explain in it how to create a Restore Point and also explain how to enable System Restore in Windows 10.
If you do not know how to do this, follow the video and also I will write for you the steps which are as follows:
****** The first step ( How to Enable System Restore in Windows 10 )*********
- Open the Control Panel, Scroll down until you see the " System " and tap on it.
- In the System window, click or tap on the " System protection " link from the left.
- The previous action opens a new window called System Properties and automatically selects the System Protection tab.
- Select the drive for which you want to enable System Restore. In the video we chose the C: drive which is the drive Windows 10. Then Click on the Configure button.
- To enable System Restore for that drive, select the "Turn on system protection" option and click OK.
***** The second step : ( create a restore point in Windows 10 ) *****
- From the System Properties selected the C: drive window, which is the one used by the Windows 10 operating system. Then hit the Create button.
- You will see a box to type in the unique name of your system restore point. Write a date or month so that it will be unique to you when restoring. Then after writing the name, press the Create button
- Windows will now create a system restore point, and after completion, you will see a notification stating that it was completed successfully.
