if you want to use any Samsung frp bypass pc tool to remove google account verification [frp] via adb mode or Samsung combination files then adb mode or Samsung usb debugging should be enable on your device .but if your Samsung device is locked then you can't navigate to setting to enable usb mode .
on that condition you can use adb enabler automator tool to create adb enable file and then can flash it to enable adb mod or Usb debugging via odin tool.

Steps To Enable USB Debugging Mode ADB mode on FRP Locked Samsung Devices To Remove FRP

1. create ADB enable file [ .tar file]
2. Use odin flash tool and flash adb enable file to enable adb mode.
3. now you may use any Samsung FRP pc tool to remove factory reset protection.
