In today's video, you will learn how to export outlook contacts to Excel.
Open Outlook 2016 app. Click on 'File' and go to 'Open & Export'. Choose 'Import / Export'. Choose 'Export to a file' in the new window and click 'Next'. Click 'Next' again. Look for 'Contacts' and click on it. Click 'Next'. Click 'Browse' and set the path to save the file. Click 'Next' and click 'Finish'.
We have the contacts file on our desktop now. It opens in Excel.
