A lot of people ask me where to find email accounts and profile settings for Microsoft Outlook in Windows. Let me now show you how to access these settings without even opening the program - it's very easy.

Go to Control Panel and find "Mail". Click the Mail icon and here it is. You can either add new accounts here, make changes to the Outlook profile or set up other things without even opening Microsoft Outlook.

NOTE: To access the Control Panel in Windows 10, click the Start button, start typing "control panel", and click the Control Panel icon.
