Here is how to fix a frozen iPod Classic. If your iPod Classic doesn't respond when you touch it, first make sure the hold switch isn't turned on. If the iPod Classic is still frozen, hold down the center round button and the menu button for 10 seconds. You will see an Apple screen for about a minute, and then the iPod Classic will be back to normal.
