Make sure that Portrait Orientation lock is turned off.
Step 1: Go to the home screen of your device and then swipe Down.
Step 2: Now. A lock icon should appear at the upper right corner of the Home or lock screen. Click on the lock icon.

Step 3: on the screen that appears next. you can change the orientation to make sure that screen Portrait Orientation is enabled and functional.
