How to grow edible mushrooms: Workshop and Lecture

Growing fungi is becoming a more common hobby and lots of folks have even turned it into a career. Gourmet and edible fungi are actually very straight forward to grow and getting started is easy with the right materials. In this workshop and lecture participants got to make their own media and inoculate it before taking it home to fruit. I also gave a lecture on all things fungi covering: What are fungi, the main families, the basic life cycle, lots about how to grow fungi, and so much more!
