In this video, we'll walk you through installing your email signature in Outlook 2016 for Windows using the Advanced installation method.

What is the Advanced Method?

The advanced method is different to just copying and pasting your HTML signature into Outlook's signature settings. It includes opening up the .htm file that Outlook generates and replacing it which ensures that the correct HTML and image paths are being sent.

Why should you use advanced method, over a simple copy and paste method?

If you install your email signature by copy and pasting, you'll find that Outlook edits your code, replacing it with their own MS Word rendered code and also compresses your images. Not only does this reduce the quality of your images, but if you're using an Email Signature Rescue sig then your images will not automatically update when making changes from your dashboard.
The advanced installation method resolves these issues and allows for crystal clear images.
