Hello everyone. Lets install the Cloud 9 IDE on to our EC2 Instance. This is a step by step guide of getting the browser based IDE(Integrated Development Environment) installed to work with our EC2 Instance.

This is part 2 in a multipart series.

Commands used:

Install Python: sudo yum install python3 -y
Install Node: curl -o- raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.34.0/in… | bash
. ~/.nvm/nvm.sh
nvm install node

Install gcc: sudo yum install gcc -y
Install Cloud9 IDE: curl -L raw.githubusercontent.com/c9/install/master/ins… | bash
