Hey YouTube!
This is a cool science project on making a Potato battery.
Here, we harness hidden electricity in Potatoes which we use to power a LED bulb.

This phenomenon is based on principle that; "When two different metal electrodes are immersed in an acid, it generates the flow of electron, i.e electricity".

Once the bulb started glowing, it lasted for 20 long hours! No, you cant do much by this light. Cant even read a book underneath it. It's just for fun and understanding the concept of electricity, practically. So, visit a grocery store, shop for potatoes, then visit a hardware store, get some nails, a LED bulb & some earthing wire and amaze your children! :)
