This is a tutorial showing how to make the pull-ring fuse I showed in a previous video. Sorry if this video is a bit long, I wanted to make sure I was thorough enough that I would'nt be asked a billion questions. And remember, this is only my second tutorial so don't expect it to be absolutely perfect.

1/4" End Plug Tooling: Constructed from a square of 7/16" thick plywood, with a 1/4" hole drilled in the center. The hole is sanded around the edges so that it doesn't tear the paper. The "plug" is a 1/4" length of 1/4" wooden dowel, and the "rammer" is a short length of 3/16" wooden dowel.

5/16" End Plug Tooling: Same as 1/4" tooling, but with a 5/16" hole and a 1/4" "rammer". As shown in the video, this tooling has no bottom "plug".
