How To MindSphere – Part 1 – How to Visualize a Variable on Fleet Manager

This video is part of a How-To tutorial series to introduce the first steps into the MindSphere.
This tutorial explains how to visualize a variable in the Fleet Manager. The Fleet Manager is an essential component of the MindSphere with which variables uploaded to the MindSphere can be visualized as time series. The first part of the video shows how the hardware component MindConnect Nano used as the IoT hub, which establishes a connection to the MindSphere, has to be configured properly in the Asset Manager, another component of the MindSphere. Afterwards the video shows the definition of the data sources and the variables, which shall be uploaded from the plant to the MindSphere. The video proceeds with the creation of a Virtual Asset and the linking of the variables with the Virtual Asset. The video concludes with the visualization of one of the variables in the Fleet Manager as a time series.
