How to Open the Key Compartment on Non-Bluetooth Lockbox
1. Launch the SentriKey® Real Estate App
2. Tap “view Nearby Properties”
3. Search for the desired lockbox. You may enter the lockbox serial number or the address of the property your lockbox is assigned to. Select Get Access Code
4. Your Access Code will appear along with instructions on how to use the code. Select “How to Use this Code” to access the dropdown menu
5. Start by Pressing ENT button on the lockbox
6. Enter the code shown above
7. Press the ENT button on the lockbox
8. The key door will open.
9. On the popup screen, tap Continue. Note: If the key is missing, tap Yes for Key Missing. This will notify the listing agent.
10. On the Listing Detail screen, tap Done.
