Description from the creator

Learn what apps can be used to protect your Android device from WiFi Kill or WiFi Internet connection disable - MITM (ARP Spoofing) attack.

In the last video, we have shared how to disable WiFi Internet connection or kill WiFi Internet connection of a target device on the same network. youtu.be/92N1otgvavI

While it can be used for legitimate reasons, it can also be used maliciously. As it is an MITM attack and uses ARP spoofing. Malicious users can use this to deny your Internet connection in a WiFi network.

In order to share information on how to detect this kind of attack, we have tested different Android apps that shows in their description that they can do something with this attack.

All of the apps were tested on the same devices, same environment, as well as the same scenario.

For the apps, we tested only those which are:
- Free or freemium (free but needed to pay or go PRO version to unlock more features)
- Available on Google Play Store
- No root needed

Tested apps:
Hackuna by Cryptors - youtu.be/pVhD-5bntIA?t=109 - FAIL
Mobile Security: Antivirus, Wi-Fi VPN and Anti-Theft by McAfee - youtu.be/pVhD-5bntIA?t=254 - PASS
ARP Guard by First Row - youtu.be/pVhD-5bntIA?t=377 - PASS

Note: If you know any other Android app (free/freemium, available on Google Play, and no root needed) that includes on their description that can help protect against MITM or ARP spoofing attacks, please inform so we can test.

Hope this video helped.
