I replaced my network module due to a tower outage in my area. The original module runs on the T-Mobile network. Keep in mind I never had an issue before, this was a first and the problem was corrected when tower was back up. I didn't want to take a chance and have this happen again. I called Simplsafe and they advised me that they also use the Verizon network and can send me module for free as long as i return back the t mobile module. They included a return postage label.

I have zero issues with verizon so far
