How to save or backup Gmail emails in just 3 steps without using any software | Backup Any Google Applications

Steps for taking back for your Gmail emails are as follows;
1. Log in to Google and open takeout.google.com/settings/takeout
2. Click on ‘Select None’ button to uncheck all applications and select only Gmail
(If you want filtered emails to be archived then before clicking on this you can go to Gmail and create a label and move all the required emails under this newly created label. Now visit the google takeout page and instead of selecting Gmail all mails you can select Gmail label to archive.)
3. Customize archive format and click on Create Archive button
Now you will receive an email with the subject ‘Your Google data archive is ready’. Open the mail and click on the ‘download archive’ option.

Now all your email messages will be saved as mailbox files (MBOX). You can download freeware from the below-given link to view the archived emails.
