How to send mass emails from a different email address or alias

In this video, we will show you how to send mass emails from an alias or a different email address on Gmail.

This video is made for those who want to send their email campaigns from a different email address or an alias.

The first thing you must do to send emails from another address or alias is to add the address into your Gmail. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of your Gmail inbox and then click “Settings”. Click the “Accounts” tab and then find the “Send mail as” section. Finally, click “Add another email address”.

Before we continue, you should know that certain conditions must be met for this to work. The first thing is that the email address you choose must exist. The second thing is that you must have access to the email address because Google will send a verification code to the email address.

In the pop-up window, please fill out the “Name” and “Email address” fields for the email you want to use. Also, you must check the box that says “Treat as an alias” or else it won’t work with Yet Another Mail Merge.

Now go to the Google Sheet with your database. Click “Add-ons”, then “Yet Another Mail Merge”, and finally “Start mail merge”. In the pop-up, click “+Alias, filters, personalized attachments”. From here you can change the “Send from” email address to the one you just added into your Gmail. Click “Back” and then click “Send Emails”.

When the recipient receives the email from the mail merge, it will be from the new account you just added.
