Remote Office allows you to use your home phone, cell phone or any other remote phone as your business phone. In combination with the Nextiva App or the CommPilot Call Manager, you can make calls from this remote phone, but have the outbound caller ID number show as your business number. Remote Office also directs incoming calls to that same home phone, cell phone, or other remote phone. Follow the instructions in this video to set up Remote Office in the Nextiva Voice portal.
